THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED ONLY FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other United States territories) WHO ARE LOCATED IN THEIR STATES OF RESIDENCE AT TIME OF ENTRY.

  1. TO ENTER: Beginning December 1, 2011 at 07:00:01 a.m. PST through March 1, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"), visit the promotion landing page located at http://www.powertheworld.org, submit your email address to receive a unique URL, and share this unique URL with people via email, social networks, blogs, and any additional locations on the web (the "Entry" or "Entries"). If any of the information above is not included in the Entry, the Entry will be disqualified. Entries must be sent electronically and received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. No facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; for lost, late, illegible, stolen, damaged, incomplete or misdirected Entries; or for any other technical problems related to website entries. Limit one Entry per person and/or email address. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to participants who have Internet access as of March 1, 2012. Music for Relief and its affiliates and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.
  3. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will begin to be selected on December 12, 2011 from all eligible Entries received based on the number of unique clicks to the assigned URL for that week. One (1) weekly winner with the most unique clicks to their assigned unique URL in a given week will be selected to receive the signed Linkin Park A Thousand Suns CD and a solar powered light bulb. One (1) grand prize winner with the most unique clicks to their assigned unique URL by March 1 at 5 pm PST will be selected to receive the commemorative Power the World plaque signed by Linkin Park. Winners will be determined solely by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email. If winner is not available within 36 hours of first attempt by Sponsor to contact winner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
  4. PRIZES: 4 weekly winners will be awarded one (1) Signed copy of Linkin Park's A Thousand Suns CD. 1 grand prize winner will be awarded one (1) Commemorative Power the World plaque singed by Linkin Park. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Many will enter. Few will win. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of his/her prize. All prizes will be awarded. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a cash payment or substitute a prize of comparable value. Prizes are non-transferable. Limit of one prize per person, household or address.
  5. GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to: (a) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize; (b) agree to be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy and the decisions of the judges; and give his or her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email, mail or phone. By submitting an Entry, entrant consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media worldwide, now known or hereafter developed (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the sweepstakes and to select the winners based on the Entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Sweepstakes is governed by laws of the State of California, with exclusive venue for any dispute in Los Angeles, CA.
  6. WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope, postmarked by March 1, 2012 to be received by March 15, 2012 to: Power the World Share to Win Sweepstakes, Winners' List, P.O. Box 36915 Los Angeles, CA 90036.
